Ingredients:
- 250 gms boneless chicken
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- Half a cup cream
- Half teaspoon garam masala powder
- Some finely grinded chillies(2 to3)
- Half teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tbsp hung curd
- 1 teaspoon salt as per your taste
- 2 tbsp oil or butter.
- Make small pieces of chicken and wash them thoroughly.
- Mix all the ingredients along with chicken and leave it for to marinate for 2 hours. It’s even better if you marinate the chicken overnight.
- Next take some bamboo skewers and pierce chicken pieces one by one and if you want you can even add some veggies in between to enhance the final look.
- Finally place the chicken skewers into oven. If you do not have oven at your home you can simply place those skewers on a pan at low temperature and cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook for 15 to 20 min.
Tadaah your yummy chicken tikka masala is ready to serve. You can garnish it with some round sliced onions and coriander leaves.
