Ingredients:
- 500 gms boneless chicken(cut into medium cubes)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green pepper(shimla mirch, cut into 6 cubes)
- 1 tomato(cut into 6 cubes)
- 1 onion(cut into 6 cubes)
- 4 bamboo skewers
- Marinate chicken pieces by adding salt, black pepper, sugar, ajinomoto, mustard powder, dark soya sauce, vinegar, garlic paste, one tbsp of tomato ketchup and chilli powder. Marinate it for 1 hr.
- Soak bamboo skewers for atleast 1 hr before cooking.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces one by one onto the skewers and add veggies in between.
- Preheat oil in a pan and place the skewers on the pan, fry it until the chicken is cooked.
- While serving, add tomato ketch up and little butter on top of each skewer.
