Green Chilli Pickle |
Ingredients:
- 80 gms green chillies
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon fennel powder
- 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder(dry mango powder)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 20 gms roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted mustard powder
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- Wash and soak green chillies, take a knife and slit vertically and remove the seeds to lower the hotness of chillies.
- Preheat oil in a pan and add garlic paste and simmer it for 2 min.
- Switch off the gas and add all the spices, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Finally, add green chillies to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- You can consume it the next day, transfer the contents in a jar and refrigerate it.
