Green Chilli Pickle

Ingredients:
  • 80 gms green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon fennel powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder(dry mango powder)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 gms roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
How to prepare Green Chilli Pickle:
  • Wash and soak green chillies, take a knife and slit vertically and remove the seeds to lower the hotness of chillies.
  • Preheat oil in a pan and add garlic paste and simmer  it for 2 min.
  • Switch off the gas and add all the spices, vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Finally, add green chillies to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • You can consume it the next day, transfer the contents in a jar and refrigerate it.
