Mixed Vegetable Paneer |
Ingredients:
- 200 gms paneer
- 1 tomato
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup beans
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 small potato
- 20gms chopped fried cashew nuts
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 to 3 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- Some coriander leaves
- Take a deep sized pan and pour oil, once the oil gets hot add chopped onions
- Fry it until golden brown then add ginger and garlic paste and saute it for 2min.
- Then add all the vegetables which are mentioned above except green pepper and saute it for 10 min
- Once the vegetables are cooked add green pepper, cream, cumin powder, bay leaves, garam masala powder, salt, chilli powder,turmeric powder and paneer.
- Place a lid and cook it for another 5 min.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and fried cashew nuts.
