Mixed Vegetable Paneer

Ingredients:
  • 200 gms paneer
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 small potato
  • 20gms chopped fried cashew nuts
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 to 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • Some coriander leaves
How to prepare Mixed Vegetable Paneer Recipe:
  • Take a deep sized pan and pour oil, once the oil gets hot add chopped onions
  • Fry it until golden brown then add ginger and garlic paste and saute it for 2min.
  • Then add all the vegetables which are mentioned above except green pepper and saute it for 10 min
  • Once the vegetables are cooked add green pepper, cream, cumin powder, bay leaves, garam masala powder, salt, chilli powder,turmeric powder and paneer.
  • Place a lid and cook it for another 5 min.
  • Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and fried cashew nuts.
