How to Prepare Kala Chana Pakode:
Taddahh... your kala chana pakodas are ready, have it as a snack in the evening time.
- 3 cups kala chana (washed and soaked overnight)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 garlic cloves(chopped)
- 1 inch ginger(chopped)
- 1 onion(chopped)
- Few cumin seeds
- 3 to 4 green chillies
- 6 to 7 curry leaves(finely cut)
- oil for deep frying
- Few coriander leaves
How to Prepare Kala Chana Pakode:
- Drain all the water from the kala chana, make sure there is no water left.
- Take a blender and grind it with salt.
- Transfer it into a bowl and add chopped chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, chopped onion, chopped ginger and garlic and coriander leaves.
- Take a pan and pour oil to the half, once the oil become hot make round shaped pakodas and deep fry them.
