Ingredients:
Taddahh...rajma curry is ready to serve.. have it with rice or paratha.
- 2 cups rajma(washed and soaked overnight)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon garammasala powder
- 2 to 3 bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
- 1 tomato(chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- Few coriander leaves
- Pressure cook rajma for 10 min.
- Preheat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry it until golden brown.
- Then add green chillies, chopped tomatoes, bay leaves, ginger and garlic paste.
- Cook it until the oil gets seperated, add the cooked rajma with all the spices and coriander leaves, further cook it for another 10min.
