Chicken Liver Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 250 gms liver
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • Few cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • Few coriander leaves 
How to prepare Chicken Liver Recipe:
  • Wash the liver pieces and take out the thin layer from top of it.
  • Preheat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and let it pop, then add chopped onions and fry it until light brown.
  • Add green chillies, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger and garlic paste and fry it for 2 min.
  • Then add liver pieces to the spices and simmer for 10 min or fry it until all the moisture gets absorbed. 
  • Do not over cook the liver pieces as it can become hard.
  • Finally add coriander leaves and lemon juice, simmer it for 2 min.
Taddahh... chicken liver recipe is ready to serve, have it with naan or chapati or rice.
