Aloo Gobi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 medium sized potatoes(cut into cubes)
  • 1 medium onion(roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • Few cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoom amchur powder(dry mango powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • Few coriander leaves
      How to prepare Aloo Gobi Recipe:
  • Preheat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies and let it splutter.
  • Then add garlic paste and fry it for 2 min.
  • Add potatoes, cauliflower, salt and chilli powder.
  • Cook until the vegetables become tender, then add chopped green pepper, chopped onion, coriander powder, amchur powder and cook it on a medium heat until all the moisture gets absorbed. 
  • Lastly add coriander leaves and keep a lid and simmer it for 2 min.


Taddahh...aloo gobi is ready to serve, have it with chapati or rice.
