Quick Chicken Dry |
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken leg pieces.
- 1/4th teaspoon salt.
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- Half teaspoon garam masala powder.
- Half teaspoon ginger and garlic paste.
- Half teaspoon cumin powder.
- Oil for frying
How to prepare Quick Chicken Dry Recipe:
- Wash chicken leg pieces and dry it completely and make sure that there is no water left.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and refrigerate it for 2 hrs.
- Take a deep kadhai and pour oil to the half.
- Make sure that oil should be very hot .
- Leave the chicken pieces one by one slowly, Cover the kadhai with a lid and simmer for 10 min.
- Fry it until the colour of the chicken turns brownish red.
Taddah your chicken dry is ready to serve...
