Bhendi Masala Fry

Ingredients:
  • 150gms fresh bhendi(ladies finger)
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon chilli powder
  • Half teaspoon cumin powder
  • Half teaspoon garlic paste
  • Half teaspoon coriander powder
  • Half teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
How to prepare Bhendi Masala Fry:
  • Wash bhendi and let it dry.
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except green chillies and garlic.
  • Cut bhendi from the middle vertically and insert the masala paste into it and tie a thread around the bhendi so that the masala paste does not come out.
  • Pour oil in a pan and add garlic paste, green chillies.
  • Then add bhendi and mix well.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and simmer it for 5 min.
  • Your bhendi masala fry is ready to serve.
Serve it with rice or chapati.
