Ingredients:
- 150gms fresh bhendi(ladies finger)
- Half teaspoon salt
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- Half teaspoon cumin powder
- Half teaspoon garlic paste
- Half teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 to 3 green chillies
How to prepare Bhendi Masala Fry:
- Wash bhendi and let it dry.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except green chillies and garlic.
- Cut bhendi from the middle vertically and insert the masala paste into it and tie a thread around the bhendi so that the masala paste does not come out.
- Pour oil in a pan and add garlic paste, green chillies.
- Then add bhendi and mix well.
- Cover the pan with a lid and simmer it for 5 min.
- Your bhendi masala fry is ready to serve.
