Chicken Mirch Fry

Ingredients:
  • 500 gms boneless chicken.
  • Half teaspoon salt(as per your taste)
  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon garam masala powder.
  • 5 to 6 red chillies
  • 5 to 6 curry leaves
  • Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying.
  • Half teaspoon jeera(cumin)
  • one teaspoon garlic paste.
  • one teaspoon lemon juice.
How to prepare Chicken Mirch Fry:
  • Preheat a kadhai and pour oil, wait for the oil to heat up and then add curry leaves, mustard seeds, red chillies. Make sure that the ingredients does not get burnt.
  • Then add chicken with salt, tumeric powder and garammasala.
  • Simmer it for just 15 min.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and sprinkle lemon juice.

Note: You can add more red chillies depending upon your taste.
