Hyderabadi Chicken Khorma

Ingredients:
  • 500 gms chicken.
  • 3/4th teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder(degi mirch)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 to 3 green chillies.
  • 20gms cashewnuts
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt(curd)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut powder.
  • 2 medium sized onions.
  • 3tbsp oil
  • Some coriander leaves.
  • Some mint leaves.
How to prepare Hyderabadi Chicken Khorma:
  • Preheat pan and put oil and fry onions until golden brown.
  • Add chicken with salt, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder.
  • Mix it thoroughly, keep a lid and simmer it for 5 min.
  • Open the lid and add curd, garam masala,cashewnut powder, coconut powder. Mix it properly and add 1 cup water and close the lid, simmer it again for 10 min.
  • Before serving add coriander and mint leaves.

Tadaah your chicken khorma is ready to serve...
