Ingredients:
Tadaah your chicken khorma is ready to serve...
- 500 gms chicken.
- 3/4th teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder(degi mirch)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 to 3 green chillies.
- 20gms cashewnuts
- 1/2 cup yoghurt(curd)
- 1 teaspoon coconut powder.
- 2 medium sized onions.
- 3tbsp oil
- Some coriander leaves.
- Some mint leaves.
- Preheat pan and put oil and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add chicken with salt, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder.
- Mix it thoroughly, keep a lid and simmer it for 5 min.
- Open the lid and add curd, garam masala,cashewnut powder, coconut powder. Mix it properly and add 1 cup water and close the lid, simmer it again for 10 min.
- Before serving add coriander and mint leaves.
