Ingredients:
- 500gms chicken with bone
- One teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 Teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 Teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 Teaspoon garam masala powder
- Half cup hung curd
- Half teaspoon turmeric powder
- Two eggs well beaten.
- 1 Cup plain flour(maida)
- Oil for frying
- First wash the chicken well and let it dry for half an hour
- Then mix all the ingredients and refrigerate it for atleast 2 hours
- Take two eggs, crack them into a bowl and whisk till the yolks and whites are well mixed.
- Finally dip the marinated chicken pieces in egg and roll them into plain flour and deep fry for half an hour. You can have this tasty chicken broast with mayonnaisse or with tomato sauce.
