Ingredients:
- 500gms chicken
- Half teaspoon salt.
- Half teaspoon chilli powder.
- 2 tbsp hung curd.
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder.
- Half teaspoon garam masala powder.
- Half cup cornflour.
- 4 to 5 curry leaves.
- 3 to 4 green chillies
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch red food colour
How to prepare Spicy Chicken-65:
- Wash chicken and dry it completely
- Mix all the ingredients except curry leaves and green chillies.
- Marinate it for 2 hrs
- Take a kadhai and pour oil to the half.
- Place the chicken one by one slowly
- Fry it till the colour of the chicken changes.
- Garnish it with fried curry leaves and green chillies.serve hot.
