Spicy Chicken-65



Ingredients:

  • 500gms chicken
  • Half teaspoon salt.
  • Half teaspoon chilli powder.
  • 2 tbsp hung curd.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder.
  • Half teaspoon garam masala powder.
  • Half cup cornflour.
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves.
  • 3 to 4 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch red food colour
How to prepare Spicy Chicken-65:
  • Wash chicken and dry it completely 
  • Mix all the ingredients except curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Marinate it for 2 hrs
  • Take a kadhai and pour oil to the half.
  • Place the chicken one by one slowly
  • Fry it till the colour of the chicken changes.
  • Garnish it with fried curry leaves and green chillies.serve hot.
Tadaaah your spicy chicken-65 is ready to serve...
