Ingredients:
- 500gms mutton
- Half teaspoon salt
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- Half teaspoon garammasala powder
- 20gms cashewnuts
- 1 tbsp coconut powder
- 2tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste.
- 1/2 cup fried onions.
- Half teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- 6 to 7 curry leaves
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Some coriander leaves
How to prepare mutton khorma:
- First take a bowl and add all the ingredients to the mutton except curry leaves,mustard seeds and fried onions.
- Take a kadhai and pour oil into it.
- If the oil gets hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Then add mutton batter and mix it thoroughly.
- Cover it with a lid for 30 min on a medium flame.
- See that the mutton khorma does not get stuck to the bottom.
- Take out the lid add fried onions and some coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapatis or naan.
