Ingredients:
- 250 gms boneless mutton
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 to 3 bay leaves
- Half teaspoon garam masala powder
- Half teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1 medium sized green pepper(roughly chopped)
- Half teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tomatoe
- 1 onion
- Some coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp oil.
- Make the pieces of mutton into medium size.
- Take a cooker and add mutton with salt, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste and simmer it for 10 min
- Meanwhile take a medium sized kadhai and preheat it with oil
- In a grinder add tomatoe and an onion and make a paste
- Let this paste gets fried until golden brown
- If the mutton is cooked then add it with this paste and also add chilli powder, green pepper, garam masala powder and bay leaves
- Simmer it for another 10 min
- Lastly add some coriander leaves and sprinkle lemon juice while serving.
Taddahh your mutton kadai gosht is ready to serve. You can have it with paratha or rice...
