Ingredients:
Note: Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
- 500 gms boneless mutton
- 2 tbsp oil
- Half teaspoon salt
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- 4 to 5 curry leaves
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- Some coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- Half teaspoon garammasala powder
- Half teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon cumin powder
- Wash the mutton and mix all the ingredients, except green chillies and curry leaves.
- Leave the mixture for marination in a refrigirator 2 hours.
- Take a kadhai and pour oil, once the oil gets hot, add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Then add the mutton to it and mix it thoroughly.
- Place a lid and simmer it for half an hour.
- Take out the lid add coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Note: Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
