Dry Mutton Fry

Ingredients:
  • 500 gms boneless mutton
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon chilli powder
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • Some coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • Half teaspoon garammasala powder
  • Half teaspoon coriander powder
  • Half teaspoon cumin powder
How to prepare Dry mutton Fry: 
  • Wash the mutton and mix all the ingredients, except green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Leave the mixture for marination in a refrigirator 2 hours.
  • Take a kadhai and pour oil, once the oil gets hot, add curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Then add the mutton to it and mix it thoroughly.
  • Place a lid and simmer it for half an hour.
  • Take out the lid add coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Note: Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
