Ingredients:
- 1/2 ltr milk
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron
How to prepare Kaju Burfi:
- First soak kaju for half an hour.
- Grind it and make sure not to make it a fine powder.
- Take a non stick pan and add milk,saffron,sugar and cardamom powder.
- If the milk gets boiled add kaju powder and stir it constantly until it thickens up and gets separated from the pan.
- Lower the heat and make sure that the milk and kaju powder does not stick to the bottom.
- Pour the mixture in a square shaped plate.
- Garnish it with pistachios..
- Tadaahhh your Kaju burfi is ready in minutes....
