Kaju Burfi

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 ltr milk
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A pinch of saffron
How to prepare Kaju Burfi:
  • First soak kaju for half an hour.
  • Grind it and make sure not to make it a fine powder.
  • Take a non stick pan and add milk,saffron,sugar and cardamom powder.
  • If the milk gets boiled add kaju powder and stir it constantly until it thickens up and gets separated from the pan.
  • Lower the heat and make sure that the milk and kaju powder does not stick to the bottom.
  • Pour the mixture in a square shaped plate.
  • Garnish it with pistachios..
  • Tadaahhh your Kaju burfi is ready in minutes....
