Chocolate Burfi

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
How to prepare Jhatpat chocolate Burfi:
  • Melt butter in a pan and add condensed milk,milk powder,cocoa powder.
  • Stir it constantly and make sure the contents does not stick to the bottom
  • Cook on a medium flame after sometime the contents gets separated from the pan and become a dough.
  • Transfer the dough into a square shaped bowl and spread it equally with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate it for 30 min.
  • Garnish it with chopped cashew nuts or chopped wallnuts...
