Jhatpat Fish Fry |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg fish(of your choice)
- Half teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- Half teaspoon garam masala powder
- Half teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- Half teaspoon cumin powder
- Half teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon lemon juice
- Marinate the fish pieces with the ingredients mentioned above and refrigerate it for half an hour.
- Take a pan and pour oil into it and place the marinated fish pieces on by one slowly on a medium flame.
- Turn the fish pieces after 5 min and cook it for another 5 min.
- Sprinkle lemon juice while serving.
