Jhatpat Fish Fry

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg fish(of your choice)
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon chilli powder
  • Half teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Half teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • Half teaspoon cumin powder 
  • Half teaspoon coriander powder
  • Half teaspoon lemon juice
How to prepare Jhatpat Fish Fry:
  • Marinate the fish pieces with the ingredients mentioned above and refrigerate it for half an hour.
  • Take a pan and pour oil into it and place the marinated fish pieces on by one slowly on a medium flame.
  • Turn the fish pieces after 5 min and cook it for another 5 min.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice while serving.
Taddahhh your quick fish fry is ready in minutes...
