Rasgulla Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • One and half cup of water
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
How to prepare Rasgulla Recipe:
  • Pour milk in a deep pan and start boiling it at a medium heat.
  • If the milk gets boiled add lemon juice to it in order to separate the milk to make paneer.
  • After sometime you will see that milk gets separated.
  • Place the paneer in a muslin cloth to drain the excess water.
  • Squeeze out the water as much as you can from the paneer.
  • Take the whole paneer and rub it gently with your hands to make a soft dough.
  • Make small soft balls of paneer, meanwhile in a cooker add water and sugar for the syrup.
  • Add these paneer balls to the syrup and place the lid of the cooker and cook it for 10 min.
  • You will see that the paneer balls gets doubled the size.
  • Serve chilled....
Tadaah... your rasgulla is ready to serve
