Ingredients:
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- One and half cup of water
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- Pour milk in a deep pan and start boiling it at a medium heat.
- If the milk gets boiled add lemon juice to it in order to separate the milk to make paneer.
- After sometime you will see that milk gets separated.
- Place the paneer in a muslin cloth to drain the excess water.
- Squeeze out the water as much as you can from the paneer.
- Take the whole paneer and rub it gently with your hands to make a soft dough.
- Make small soft balls of paneer, meanwhile in a cooker add water and sugar for the syrup.
- Add these paneer balls to the syrup and place the lid of the cooker and cook it for 10 min.
- You will see that the paneer balls gets doubled the size.
- Serve chilled....
