Ingredients:
How to prepare Mutton Kofta:
- 500gms kheema
- Half teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- 2 medium sized onions
- 3 tbsp oil
- Some coriander leaves
- Some mint leaves
- Half teaspoon garam masala powder
- Half teaspoon coriander powder
How to prepare Mutton Kofta:
- Wash kheema thoroughly and remove excess water.
- Add all the ingredients to the kheema and mix well.
- Blend it in a grinder,make sure not to make a fine paste.
- Apply oil to the hands and take a small portion of batter and make round shaped koftas.
- Take a bowl and pour oil.
- Once the oil gets hot, place the kheema balls into the bowl, place a lid and simmer it for 15 min.
- Do not touch the koftas in the middle of cooking as it will break them.
- After sometime shake the koftas well by keeping the lid.
- This technique will remain the koftas in shaped without breaking it.
- Keep for another 5min.
- Garnish it with chopped onions and few coriander leaves.
