Chicken Malai Kebab

Ingredients:
  • 500gms chicken boneless
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon mace powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
How to prepare Chicken Malai Kebab:
  • Add all the ingredients to the chicken and mix well.
  • Refrigerate it for 3 hrs and place the chicken pieces onto the bamboo skewers one by one with half an inch gap between the pieces.
  • Grill the skewers on a moderate heat till the chicken is cooked. If you do not have an oven, you can also use a pan.
  • Garnish it with round sliced onions.
NOTE: Please soak the skewers for 1 hour before using to avoid burning them.
