Ingredients:
- 500gms chicken boneless
- Half teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon mace powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- Add all the ingredients to the chicken and mix well.
- Refrigerate it for 3 hrs and place the chicken pieces onto the bamboo skewers one by one with half an inch gap between the pieces.
- Grill the skewers on a moderate heat till the chicken is cooked. If you do not have an oven, you can also use a pan.
- Garnish it with round sliced onions.
