Ingredients:
Tadaahhh your shaami kebab is ready to serve...
NOTE:You can also use kheema instead of mutton to prepare shaami kebab.
- 500gms boneless mutton
- Half teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Half teaspoon chilli powder
- 3 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 garam masala powder
- 1 medium sized onion(fried until golden brown)
- 1/4 cup chana dal(boiled)
- 1 boiled egg
- Some coriander leaves
- Some mint leaves
- Wash the mutton well and add all the ingredients except onion and egg.
- Cook the mutton on a medium flame for 20 min.
- Once the mutton is cooked blend it in a mixer.
- Take a small portion of the blended batter and make it in a round shape.
- Fill it with fried onions, little salt, a pinch of chilli powder and chopped boiled egg and close it completely so that the batter does not come out of it.
- Take a pan and oil or ghee or butter and place the shaami one by one slowly.
- Fry it until the colour of the shaami changes.
- Serve it with mint chutney...
