Carrot Halwa


Ingredients:
  • 3 cups chopped carrots
  • 2 tbsp ghee or butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fried almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts
How to prepare Carrot Halwa:
  • Take a deep pan and add chopped carrots.
  • Cook it until the carrots are fully done.
  • Then add all the ingredients together except dry fruits.
  • Cook it on a medium  flame until the milk fully evaporates.
  • Take out halwa in a plate and garnish it with fried dry fruits.
