Ingredients:
- 100gms paneer
- 1 medium sized potato(boiled and mashed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- Some coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- Oil for deep frying
- Mix all the ingredients together, and keep aside for half an hour, make small balls like koftas.
- Take a kadai and pour oil to the half and slowly place koftas one by one so that it doesnot get break.
- Fry it until golden brown and serve it as a snack or have it with rice
