Vegetable Manchurian Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2  cup cornflour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 4 chopped green chillies
  • 2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • A pinch of ajinomoto

How to prepare Vegetable Manchurian Recipe:

  • Mix all the vegetables together, add salt, chopped green chillies and cornflour.
  • Make small balls of the mixture, take a kadai and pour oil to the half.
  • Fry the manchurian balls until golden brown, in another bowl pour 2 tbsp oil and add chopped spring onions, sugar, ajinomoto, soya sauce fry it for 5 min.
  • Mix 2 teaspoon cornflour in 2 tbsp water, mix it properly and stir into the bowl to form little gravy.
  • Now finally add manchurian balls to the gravy and cook it for 2 min.
