How to prepare Vegetable Manchurian Recipe:
Taddahhh... your vegetable manchurian recipe is ready to serve...
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 chopped green chillies
- 2 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- A pinch of ajinomoto
How to prepare Vegetable Manchurian Recipe:
- Mix all the vegetables together, add salt, chopped green chillies and cornflour.
- Make small balls of the mixture, take a kadai and pour oil to the half.
- Fry the manchurian balls until golden brown, in another bowl pour 2 tbsp oil and add chopped spring onions, sugar, ajinomoto, soya sauce fry it for 5 min.
- Mix 2 teaspoon cornflour in 2 tbsp water, mix it properly and stir into the bowl to form little gravy.
- Now finally add manchurian balls to the gravy and cook it for 2 min.
