How to prepare Stuffed Capsicum Recipe:
Taddahh...your stuffed capsicum is ready to serve, have it with hot rice.
- 5 to 6 simlamirch(capsicum)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder(dry mango powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 boiled mashed potatao
- 1/4 cup boiled peas
- Some grated paneer
- Some coriander leaves
How to prepare Stuffed Capsicum Recipe:
- Boil capsicum for 5 min(do not boil it too much).
- Preheat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions until golden brown.
- Then add the mashed potatos, peas and all other ingredients except paneer and coriander leaves .
- Fry it for 5 min, take a knife and cut the stem of the capsicum carefully and gently remove the seeds and fill up the stuffing into it.
- Fry the stuffed capsicum on all sides for 3 min.
- Garnish it with grated paneer and few coriander leaves.
