Stuffed Capsicum Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 to 6 simlamirch(capsicum)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder(dry mango powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 boiled mashed potatao
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • Some grated paneer
  • Some coriander leaves

How to prepare Stuffed Capsicum Recipe:

  • Boil capsicum for 5 min(do not boil it too much).
  • Preheat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions until golden brown.
  • Then add the mashed potatos, peas and all other ingredients except paneer and coriander leaves .
  • Fry it for 5 min, take a knife and cut the stem of the capsicum carefully and gently remove the seeds and fill up the stuffing into it.
  • Fry the stuffed capsicum on all sides for 3 min.
  • Garnish it with grated paneer and few coriander leaves.


Taddahh...your stuffed capsicum is ready to serve, have it with hot rice.
