Ingredients:
- 250 gms minced mutton(kheema)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon blackpepper
- 3 tbsp tomato paste/puree
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder(as per your taste)
- fresh coriander/cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Soak bread crumbs in milk for half an hour.
- Take a big bowl and combine minced meat with bread crumbs, 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste/puree and all the spices, except chicken stock, refrigerate it for half an hour.
- Mix all together well and make small balls like koftas, take a pan and pour oil to shallow fry the meat balls.
- Fry it on a low to medium heat until the colour changes to brown for atleast 15 min.
- For the sauce, take a bowl add remaining tomato paste, chicken stock, salt, pepper as per your taste.
- Cook it for 5 min and then add fried meat balls to give it a sweet and spicy taste.
- Place a lid and simmer it for 5 min, garnish it with fresh cilantro/coriander leaves.
